Can I shop in store?Updated 6 months ago

KOBOMO is now 100% online, so we don’t have a physical store where you can browse racks and try on items. All our stock is carefully folded and boxed, ready to ship directly to your door. While we do offer local pickup from our studio for online orders, our studio space is not set up for browsing or trying on—there are no changerooms, and our team are on the phones with customers and wrapping orders for our daily post deadlines.

By staying online, we’re able to offer a much wider range of styles and sizes than we ever could in a physical store. To match the variety we carry, we’d need a space the size of a department store! Plus, being online means we can focus on providing fast, exceptional service to all our customers, no matter where they are.

We know that shopping online can feel uncertain and we love trying on clothes too, so we’ve designed our service to make it easy and risk-free. We offer a personal fitting service—just send us your measurements, and we’ll recommend the perfect size for you, so you’re only receiving items that fit. And if something doesn’t work out, we provide a refund (not store credit) for returns, meaning the most you’ll ever risk is the cost of postage.
