How do I change a shipping address on my order?Updated 6 months ago

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to update your shipping address after placing an order. At KOBOMO, we're here to help make that process as smooth as possible.

Contact Us Immediately! Send us an email with your order number and the new shipping address. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can update your address before your order is dispatched.

Australia Post pick up our orders from KOBOMO at 1:30pm, Mon-Friday.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped use Australia Post's MyPost Service. If your parcel is already in transit, you may be able to redirect it to a new address using Australia Post's MyPost service. This service is free and allows you to manage your deliveries online.

How to Use MyPost to Redirect Your Parcel:

  • Sign Up or Log In: Create a MyPost account or log in if you already have one.
  • Track Your Parcel: Enter your parcel's tracking number to view its status.
  • Request Redirection: If eligible, select the option to redirect your parcel and provide the new delivery address.
  • Contact Australia Post: If you're unable to redirect the parcel through MyPost, you can contact Australia Post's customer service for further assistance.
