Who covers the postage for returns and exchanges?Updated 6 months ago

We know returns and exchanges aren’t the most exciting part of shopping, so here’s how it works:

For both returns and exchanges, you’ll need to cover the cost of postage to send items back to us and for the replacement item (if exchanging). It’s important to know that Australia Post charges us for every parcel we send, and while some companies build those costs into their product prices, we don’t.

Instead, we keep our prices transparent, so you’re only paying for the items you choose and the actual postage costs involved—nothing hidden.
