What is a 'pre-order' at KOBOMO?Updated 8 months ago

A pre-order is for new or restocking items released for sale that are currently in production and not yet physically available to wrap and post from the studio. While our typical turnaround for customer orders is within 24 hours, pre-orders have a stated future shipping date which is the latest date we expect to post a complete order that includes a pre-order item.
